really nice! a tip: you could make the lower moke particles more orange sso that it seems the fire would lightem them.
The magic fire is also nice and i love the textures but i wouldn't go for the full blue color. I don't like (0 0 255) since i started learning HTML and the standard link color is thiss fullish blue
The magical fire looks sweet, and I see you fixed the popping from when you posted in WAYWO. I think the first fire effect may be moving a little too fast. Also, maybe extend the distance over which the flames disappear. Right now it the flames are sizing down so fast that it just looks like a ball of fire, instead of coming to more of a point, if that makes any sense. Just my opinion.
Looking forward to what else you come up with, I'm a sucker for sweet particle effects.
The magical fire looks alot more like a flare than a fire - a combination of its speed and intensity. but they both look really cool. Looking forward to more.
Hey justin, great work mate! Im studying particles and fx as well, perhaps we could change some informations, Ill be following this thread! keep it up!
God I wish I could use Cascade at work. I'm working as an FX artist and I'm limited to using Max's SuperSpray system. It is incredibly limited, and due to the complications with the game we are working on, I can't make any of the effects get a convincing glow by using them in additive mode.

Those are looking great though! I would try making the smoke a little orange where it starts off, so it fakes the glow of the fire shining on it. It would make it much more convincing in my opinion! Keep it up!
