while we're talking about other stuff, what do you think of Waltham? My apartment complex just threatened to evict me because my renters insurance expired so I'm looking to move.
Waltham is pretty nice overall. There are some crappier areas, but for the most part it has everything you'd ever need pretty close by and is a good middleground from super busy city area and uber rural area.
It's a bit more expensive than it's worth to live here though, if I was paying a little bit less though it'd be a damn near perfect location.
