Hello my name is Dougem (Doug) Medhen. I am a level designer that specializes in the following software:
3Ds Max
Adobe Photoshop
Crazy Bump
Unreal Engine 3
When making levels I always do the following procedure:
Sketching the level (Top-down, and perspective)
Model any environmental meshes
Texturing (Both meshes and Tillable textures)
Putting them in Engine

2nd, you consider yourself as a level designer, but from what I see, it's mostly props modeling.
3nd, you have TOO much stuff to show! You SHOULD prioritize quality over quantity. Better to have less content to show with epic quality than showing a lot of lower level content.
