Annoying Windows Pen tool Loading Circle

I am sure anyone with a wacom tablet has had this issue where windows vista or windows 7 loads this annoying circle when you hold the pen down. I was able to disable it. So its gone from photoshop, xsi, and everything else; but max!! Does anyone know what do i need to do to disable it? It seems that when i start everything works fine ( pen tools are disabled ) but once i open max they become enabled. And now they even make max slow!

I am using windows 7 and max 2010.

What I did was go into my task manager then went over to services or performances (it's been a while since I did it)and shut down one of my tablet accessories services. I can't remember which one, but I will keep looking for the site that helped me do it. I also do not use MAX though and there could be a separate thing you'll have to shut down in MAX as well, but I don't know enough about MAX.

Here is a link to one of the sites I used to disable the Tablet PC Input Service. It cleared things up for me, but like I said, I haven't used MAX with my tablet so who knows if it'll work. I hope this works out!
