live stream 3D modeling sessions

I've been tossing around the idea of doing some live streaming 3d modeling on Justin.TV

I'm thinking maybe 8pm EST tonight, you can watch my horrible attempts at subd modeling and maybe a little of the zeeble brush. Might be a way to keep me from browsing the interwebz every 5 minutes if I knew people were watching... and maybe you'll learn a thing or too (probably not)

Anyone else who wants to stream, feel free to post the sordid details in this here thread.

oh yeah, I haven't signed up with an account yet, I'll get that sorted when I get home from work.

A little more advanced notice might get you more viewers

I may watch, but that's prime time TV viewing, so I might not be available.... though looking at the schedule, most of my usuals aren't playing tonight because of MLB. Though The Vanilla Ice Project does look tempting ... an hour of douchbaggery.

I did tought of doing this myself one time, i will love to help out if that possible

When i tried it i was more into rendering, but the other users didnt seam to interested, so it didnt happen

lulz, thanks guys, there was alot of rambling towards the end. I'm going to try and make it more like a show in the future and cut it down to maybe an hour or 2 hours TOPS!

I didn't get out of work until 8pm, and after an hour drive home, I thought you'd be done. I was happy to still see it rolling. I didn't get to watch for long, but I enjoyed the few minutes I was on... It streamed really well, especially considering how busy that chat window was

Actually, livestream auto saves the streams to a play list, I haven't actually figured out how to delete my earlier tests. So if you want to see the 8pm show check out the video that's about 3 & a half hours long.

Gears are turning in my head, I'm going to try coming up with a show schedule and invest in a quality microphone.

Turned out realy nice, did watch the 3 hour one earlier today.
The video did freeze at times tough, like the audio worked but the video didnt play.

Damn this is useful. As someone who is going from Maya to Max, it helps to see the little things that help a workflow along that aren't covered by tutorials (like personal preferences). I hope there are more of these on the way.
