I don't see the problem here... No one criticizes a 2D artist for re-painting an existing 2D painting or painting from a photograph. They are studies and are good for practice and developing muscle memory.
If ayoub44 wants to re-create an existing 3D piece as a study or learning exercise then it seems perfectly fine as far as I'm concerned.
As for the art, I don't have much to crit yet, as you've only started the block in phase. Just keep at it.
I'd have to agree with Emil, even though they used 3D to make the concept, its still a concept. It's like people re-making game environments like Mario levels.
Just one thing I noticed and I know you're only blocking out, but just check the height on the pillar bases. They seem to be a big higher in the concept. Also watch the circle part on the side of the base, looks a little small.
nooooooooooooooooooooooo ayoub! you chose such a crappy pic to do an environment of ! should of told me :P i would of strayed you off it heh.. dont know if this is any better.. but its the old concept i drew before i made that one.. tis really old

this.
Also i really enjoy the original, so i wouldn't mind watching it get re created.
I also don't think you should make those pillars out of a single box - at the very least chamfer the corners and add the cylinder/nut at the bottom as actual geo ...wait - you had those nuts modeled, did you remove them or are they just very badly visible?
Floor texture looks too simple and too low-rez to me... why not give it more texture space, and use some photo-ref textures for defining your surfaces... It would give it more realism... Also are you changing the color scheme of the concept? (there is no blue in the original that's why I'm asking)
You're currently being very inefficient with texturing the environment as a whole instead of using a modular approach. Though if you wish to use your current method - you should at least put some more effort into texturing.

Looking forward to seeing your progress.
