Hello guys, im new to the forum and to 3d arts as well. im at (very) begginer level, started few moths ago with general 3d art and now i am focusing on 3d art for games. still giving the first steps, studying as hard as i can, even though i am not getting much result. i know little about normal mapping, low/high poly modeling, uv unwrapping and so on. (well, that's basically everything...)
anyway, im uploading here some of my first try to make a game asset. i tried to model the Red Queen sword. and i have to say i am quite proud of the results for my first try. (i know, the colors are totally different from the original red queen.)
oh, and sorry about my english, not my native language and only studied it by myself. so forgive me, please.
the tri count is 1558.

not sure if i'll do a normal map, for a realistic object, or just a handpaint job (something i never did before. could be useful for practice) as i love handpainted textures, like the World of Warcraft ones.
