It may be in your best interests to start an entry thread, put some design work up and make it clear that you're looking for somebody to partner with. Detail what your strengths are and what you'd be looking for in a collaborator. Polycount is full of good folks, but nobody's going to want to team up with a complete stranger that they don't know anything about beyond their need for help.
Meanwhile, you should probably refrain from creating threads like this one that are unlikely to go anywhere. They just clutter things up and keep people from seeing and helping people who are actually participating in the contest.
