Hey I have one last problem before I call it done. In 3d view as you can see on the first picture,
this is what I want the texture to look like...BUT when I render it out with this settings
I get a weird alpha outlines as you can see on the planks, I have checked their is no alpha in png and I have turned off all the alphas in mat and textures section, tried to save several different file types
Dont know what I should do??? Plz help!!
I have checked the UVs and I cant find any problem in there. And forget the edge flow, I only want the render result.
Since this will not put into game engine. But I need to fix this problem before deadline today.
And I've checked the normal faces are not flipped.

Also, you may want to remodel, it looks pretty messy. There's a lot of unnecessary geometry sitting around.
Also, my build of Blender will not allow me to render the image. What revision are you using?
Just judging by your material settings there, why is translucency enabled? Also, make sure none of your texture channels are using alpha.
