Shortening the Master Diameter in Photoshop?

In photoshop I find myself resizing my brush a lot but my problem is that I am working between like 1-20 pixels, and the bar goes all the way up to 1500, which makes feathery small increments difficult.

Is there nay way to shorten this bar? I know there are hotkeys for single size incrementing but I just prefer using the bar with my tablet.

You can also hold Alt + RMB to resize the brush interactively...don't know if you can shorten that bar, though...

My problem is when I am working with my tablet I don't like to reach over to the keyboard and I have all the button on the tablet bound to actions already.
