image markup software

I'm looking for software that allows the user to super-quickly add annotations, basic shapes, arrows etc to an image, for feedback on art assets done remotely. I breifly used something nice a few years ago, but I can't remember what it was. I'd like to avoid using photoshop for this sort of thing, since it takes a lot of extra mouse clicks to do this sort of thing.
Any suggestions?

i like jing. its actually a screen capture thingie with included upload function, but you can also add all sorts of stuff to images. just no painting :_:

Thanks for the suggestions! I also came across Snagit, which was the program I used a few years ago. I'll check all these out asap
