1960s space girl (re-topology issue)

Hey there! I'm working on a character for 1960s style sci-fi shooter game. For the first time I decided to go completely Zbrush for this one. I sculpted the mesh and now I'm trying to retopo in Zbrush using ZSpheres. I've been having some problems. See pic below.

I think this has got to do with my character having three subtools. The head and body were attached at first and later I decided to separate them. When retopologizing the head the Zphere doesn't snap to the centre of the head, but the centre of the character. This is really annoying when zooming in on the head.

Furthermore, the adaptive skin projects a wrong part of the mesh. I started topo-ing around the eye and it seems the back of the head is displayed in Project mode. What would be the cause of this problem?

I would be very grateful if you could share your knowledge on retopology with me. I'm really new to this and I must say I'm kinda scared of Zbrush randomness sometimes ;)

I'd also love to get feedback on my character! She is a stylized character with Marvel style proportions. She'll be wearing a corset type dress, so that explains the "pushed-up-ness" of the breasts ;)

Try moving the ProjectRange slider into the negative are (eg. -1). You'll just have to flip the faces afterwards before you reconstruct subdivs. I've had similar problems before with retopology in Zbrush and this usually fixes it.

Cheers, ninja. Decided to go back to sculpting and redo the face a little first. Will definitly give that a try though. Very useful.

I re-sculpted the face entirely and it's looking better I guess. Thank you for the tip: I set ProjectRange to -1 and it projects perfectly now. However, can you please explain what you mean by the above? How can I flip the faces?
