3ds Max 2009 64-bit bugs?

Hey, I've encountered a few problems with Max 2009 64 bit lately. Here's a short list.
No final gather presets. I don't have the Draft, Low, Medium, High, Very High presets in final gather. This isn't a super big issue, but I'm still curious to know why they aren't there.
Curve editor bug. In the curve editor, none of my toolbars are there (Set tangents to slow, linear, fast, etc, etc). Also, I don't see any of the curves. I all I can adjust is the length of the animation. I can't adjust any of the curves whatsoever. I compared the settings with max 2009 32 bit, and there are a few bars missing up top, and I don't know why.
