That looks great. Really get the cold afternoon feeling here. Brings back many childhood memories. The only thing I have to say is about the snow on the railings. Just doesn't look like there is snow piled up on it. I'm pretty sure that modelling some snow on them would add credibility.
That looks so ridiculously awesome. 1 crit though, the snow on the shields of the statues, why is there snow on the bottom of them when there is an overhang? Surely snow isn't that sticky, and if it is, wouldn't there be snow on the underneath of other bits too, like the panels on the door?
