2ª So I tried bake the normalmap (Xnormal ) I do everything I do before with 1 old model and don't know why it don't work.
I read alot " cakes recipe" from bunch of sites and I don't find the solution, Any Idea? http://img35.imageshack.us/img35/2172/wtfpi.jpg
that topology is fine, you're not gonna die in a fire if you use it or anything.
i did a quick paintover though if you want to see more "common" loop placement. i'd at least try to get a few around the mouth and eye, and the nose-chin one is a good one too

Have you setup a cage in a way that covers completely the highpoly mesh?
Have you enabled the "Usa cage option".
Render a "wireframe and ray fails" map. If you see some red pixel then your rays are missing.
Sure also your lowpoly model's UVs don't overlap.
If you use 3dsmax avoid the max2obj .OBJ exporter ( it's really old and bugged ). Use the gw:obj or, better, the xNormal SBM with the Projection modifier. Remember to apply a collapse+edit mesh+resetXForm before that.
