Looking for people to join an ambitious team making a UDK game.

PROJECT NAME: In Search Of Sound And Color
OVERVIEW:
Its a game for the Unreal Development Kit. The game is a cartoony side-scroller with a heavy emphasis on pacing and use of color. The initial levels are very bare and without any color at all; the further the player gets the more and more color and detail is introduced into the world. In addition, the more the player progresses, the faster the pace of the game-play will become. We are aiming for the game-play to be initially side scrolling combat and slow platforming during the early stages, which will slowly change to fast paced platforming and high speed sections for the later levels. All of this relates to the back story and overall narrative of the game.

TARGET AIM:
We are using the UDK and are initially developing for the PC.
CURRENT STAGE:
So far we have a Design Document completed. We also have in-game terrain, over a dozen art assets. We also have a custom lighting setup and the ability to use toon outlines within the engine.
GOALS:
We want to create the best product we possibly can. At this stage we just want to get all the necessary elements to complete one or two levels to a high quality before moving onto more.
TALENTED NEEDED:
We are looking for hard working individuals able to produce quality work consistently and to reasonable deadlines. We'd prefer not to take on anyone who is a complete novice at this stage; those with knowledge of working with the Unreal engine would be greatly appreciated. We are looking for the following:
Texture Artists
Character Artists and animators (Desperately needing someone who can create dog-like creatures, enemies, NPCs, etc.)
Programmers of all descriptions
General Animators
