Lovely stuff throughout this thread. This guy is awesome. I almost want to point out that perhaps the gun is too big, but I think in the end it works really well. Loads of personality to him.
Hahah well...*ahem* that was a very manly man u posted there xD Now back to business. I don't know what you're purpose with this model is - I mean, the end purpose. If it's for a game, your should consider redesigning that piece around her hips that goes and covers part of her butt. When animating the legs, as the leg moves backwards the leg will intersect (I think that's the right word) with the armor piece - and that won't look very good.
I was also thinking about the strands of hair that you have sculpted in - I don't really know if it's a good idea to have them that way. Hair doesn't really act that way, I mean, it's not chuncy lines - it's usually very flat. Tho I have no idea if you're going to replace that hair with polygon-plane hair in the end, just had to get this out of me.
NICE! Really quick, it looks like the back of her jaw is too far forward. Quick tip is to measure the width of her cheek bones and make sure it's the same distance from the base of the ear to the tip of the nosey nose. ITS A NEAT TRICK OF... PROPORTIONS! I'm not quite sure what you're trying to do with her facial expression though. I also think her eyeballs may be too large.
I love seeing somebody that is great at both doing 2d art and concept and 3d modeling with zbrush. Great work! I want to be a great artist as well with both 2d and 3d. You are more character focused. I am more environment focused. Keep the stuff coming!!
