It's high time I got back into art in my spare time and I hope maintaining this will help get me back into the groove, here's a few zbrush sketches this week;
nice work on the portrait, you could get a little more colour in there, more pink under the eyes more orange on the hairline etc youre probably already onto this

crank that brush size ebagg-- you're going too small too soon-- and try to work more opaquely (theres a good alla prima vid on massive black if you've got some change) both will help with that scritchy quality of your current portraits.
