Great model, but your polypaint its letting it down...
Try texturing him the conventional way using Photoshop and textures instead of trying to make it look good on Polypaint, i think your main problem while doing it with polypaint its that you are not using any textures. you are simply painting with base colours.
Cap Hotkill, you are totally right. The point is that this is my first diffuse work, and I really don't planned anything, so it's an improvisation - that's why here is such eclectic style. I guess, I will work with it in Photoshop, but not so hard, otherwise it just won't be finished in this millenium. Let it be:)

You're not done yet man!! This thing has so much potential to be pushed even further! Work that texture magic dude and it'll be awesome, Here I did a quick painty to give you some ideas.
