^eh, it's about the beats more than the lyrics so don't read too much into it otherwise I listen to trap (without words usually) it consists of the musical nature of "music", instead of the lyrics spoken over the music and how you can manipulate say popular main stream tracks and just create something new from it. (raised in the ghetto and i appreciate it cause i know what to when to do it.)
To each his/her own.^Just explaining why i listen to this because i was raised around it, instead of negative lyrics i went for the musical nature of it all.
Anyway i feel if people explained their reasoning besides i like it, of what they listen to this thread might become more popular. (just me probably.)
have a good one folks i'll try to check out the music being posted here to change my interests.
Persefone's new album is out verrrry soon so I've been listening to Spiritual Migration a tonne:

Ive been fiending this guy. This one's for you, Johnny cash lovers.
Nice!
Fun fact - This guy is 21 years old, from Saskatchewan. 21, yet he sings and writes like that!? ugh. Cant wait to see him progress! His first full album is on spotify, as well.

I'll check his album out. Hopefully, he sticks around.
I've been listening to the OST for a free game on Steam called Griptape Backbone. It's a skateboarding game with a vaporwave aesthetic. Really trippy and worth checking out if you want to destress, but the soundtrack is what does it for me. It's a bunch of different artists that the dev admires, and he used it to create the soundtrack for the game (crediting them of course). I listen to it at work. It's awesome background music or something to listen to when you just want to chill out. You can find it on YouTube.

@Fansub those reminded me somewhat of Mahoroba.
Twister-1996 (Best cheesy movie ever, with a great soundtrack!)
Pirate of the Caribbean- (any movie really, but I love At World's End soundtrack)
RWBY- (Really good mix with High Pace Rock with orchestra soundtrack)
Destiny - ( Particularly Rise of Iron and Taken King soundtracks)
Tron Legacy- (Daft Punk soundtrack, yes!!!)
My other tastes are classic rock; Van Halen, ACDC, etc. and EDM; Dillon Francis, Porter Robinson and Madeon.
