[WIP] Puppeteer (First Thread)

Hello guys! This is my first official thread, and I'm looking forward to exchanging ideas and learning by any means necessary!
I figured I'd start getting to know the forum life by beginning a new project. I've been tinkering with this idea for a while, so I drew up a quick concept. I was hoping to get the concept and overall idea of the character refined, while my workstation is being repaired (I'm having a power issue).
Character Detail: "Name Not Decided"
A world-famous puppeteer goes on a murderous rampage after finally cracking under the intense pressure of the spotlight. Before being put to death, he has his butler perform the dark ritual that allows him to live again. No one really knows if the butler went crazy from grief, and is faking the whole thing. The evil doll forces his butler to cut out his eyes and sew his mouth shut for absolute control of movement.
* The concept is very loose, and NOTHING is rock solid. C&C is welcomed and encouraged. *
Also, I wanted to start getting faster overall. I will be timing my progress, and will post timed updates. This is to force me to stop getting caught up and produce on a timely basis.

Refining the puppet to look demented and evil
