Really cool and great subject matter. Not many crits, maybe punch up the AO in the diffuse texture to give it some more depth and pop. Also the material on the tires doesn't read as rubber.
Nice work! I like the texture work however I think you can push it with the Ao and normals. Some added grunge and dirt/oil would be nice but that may have been your decision not to. Either way, I think it's clean and looks great.
Looks quite nice, solid texture work. For that high of a tri count seems like you should have less blocky tires. You seem to have a lot of redundant loops on the body and wings that could be taken out. Also, why no shadows?
Thanks for the feedback. I can tell the tires are really bothering people, so I'll go take another crack at them
I'm still trying to get the shadows in Marmoset to work. It seems like when I zoom in on the model, the shadows look great, but when I zoom out to view the whole thing the shadows break up and get pixely

Hey Guys, I think I'm calling it quits now. I upped the AO a bit, added the macro AO pass, figured out how to get marmo to do the shadows, and lowered the spec/ adjusted color, on the tires.
To crit myself: The wings need a chamfer along the edge that separates top from bottom. If I had to do it over, I would fix that. I've been working on this for a bit though, and feel like I'm ready to push on and make something else.
Feel free to crit me, so I can use the advice on my next piece.
Thanks again guys! I really appreciate the feedback.

Man seriously? This was the last place I expected someone saying anything about cake, and messing up the joke..-.-
Its Pie is > Cake, Pie is a lie. Because Pi = 3.14
And what does that have to do with plane...
to the OP, Nice work...Keep it up I love the texture job on this.
