Hi,

Currently I'm working on this. It will be rigged/animated. Final model will be sub-surf (1 medium and 2 for high poly). No hands and feet yet. I'm expecting critics on this body before continuing.

What is the best default pose for rigs? I'm confuse with and elbow joint rotation too. For the legs, should it be open a bit?

Thanks.

    Hey mate!

Modelwise there are some shapes that need some tweaking, still:
    • the belly needs to stand out more and should be seperated from the ripcage and hipbone
    • the ripcage itself should be more oval and less square
    • take a closer look at the connection of the female breast, the chest muscle and her armpit. The pectoralis major muscle gives the whole area a lot of it's shape. That way you'll notice that the base of your models breasts seems a little low.
    • the space between her shoulders is too flat. There is actually a lot going on between her shoulder blades. If shes skinny, her spine and ripcage will define the look and shape. If she is well trained you have some muscle groups shaping that area. But anyway it will never be a flat plane!
    • her butt crack is reaching a tine bit to far up. The lower back area is defined by the hip bone and the spine. Have another look at it in a anatomy book or some old fashion nude picture

For the rigging question: the way I do it, I give the arms a slight angle to the sides (45°ish), bend the elbows a bit, split the legs just so far they wont touch each other and bend the knees as well. That way rigging works pretty neat for me and I don't have to fool around with the orientation of elbows and knees to much.

Thanks Nem.. I'll try to fix that.

I wonder why photobucket classified wireframe model as image/video violation - maybe its too ugly to be shown (without sub-surf).

the nipples and, more specifically, areolae, are unrealistically tiny, especially for the Caucasian skin tone you have applied at the moment. Also, the pubic region juts out too far. You need a delineation between the area below the navel and the start of the pubic rise.

nate man, you should see more nipples. They come in all shapes and sizes :P But ya, you could lose an eye on those ones.

    Thanks guys..

I'm trying to fix the polygon flow from the chest/breast to the arm and the rib cage too.

This model are made through real life reference. Woman + marker pen(to draw on her) + soap(to clean me and her :D). She's a Southeast Asian woman. Age 35. The skin tone are not finalize yet. Shes darker actually (not that bronze color). Using Blender default 3 lights.

I got lost while trying to model according to the muscle group and my model won't work nicely when rigging.

I'll try to upload the wireframe again.
