Probably a bit too Fallout3/Mad Max wasteland, Intending for more of a Akira/GhostintheShell/Cyberpunk look in my final piece.

If you want to get a more Akira look to it. I'd suggest that you make the city scape in the background absolutely huge.

Thanks all.
Still not sure of my final style. I'm split between a cyberpunk neon look, a mad max wasteland or a 20's idyllic future paradise.

I was thinking the end of a race as the 'End Game'.
