I wish I would've tagged the thread but I did not. I seem to recall someone, somewhere, was mentioning a retopo script for max that works better than polyboost...but not quite as good as topogun?
I think I'm going to pass on topogun for now...demo keeps crashing on me. Was there something in max that binds to the surface better when a person drops in loops?

edit: on second thought I just can't remember. it may have very well been one of these. anyway thanks again.

Yep you are correct. I remember that "poly creep" thing being mentioned now.
This is pretty cool. Once you select your target and active meshes then you can just operate with it off to the side and forget about it. Adding swift loops in polyboost or doing anything else you want with editable poly automatically binds to the surface.
Pretty neat.
But it won't be free so if you're on a budget, then get this retopo script, they pretty much work on the same principle (voxel based acceleration).
