I got out of a 6yr relationship in January. Just ended up being with the wrong person. I'm lonely at times, sure. But as Ferg and Ebagg have stated, it's nice to have complete independence for a while.
I'm enjoying just chilling by myself right now.
I was never big on the "clubbing" scene, so I usually met women the same was as others have said in here - friends, work, house parties or concerts. I really dislike just hanging at bars or clubs since the women are mostly looking for a one night deal. If that's your thing, whatever. I'm just not into that shit.
I went to the PNE today and to see Distric 9 (did this one alone, which I have never done before).
I definitely felt it. Probably stronger due to being really into this girl who is unavailable... But as this isn't my blog I won't go into it. Usually being single isn't something I even think about, but at times like this it's definitely in the back of my mind.
I rarely get interested in women to the point of wanting to be in a relationship with them. I'd rather not waste my time with people I am not totally into. And when I do find someone, I always end up in a bad situation where the girl is unavailable or not mutually interested. Not that I don't do all I can to try and make it happen.
