The work is all good, but there are some issues with the site and reel.

Are you working on a 800x600 monitor? Your site and gallery images are tiny. Very had to see all of the nice detail you spent time putting in! The images are small, and you are trying to pack like 4 to 6 shots of each model on each sheet, which makes the actual presentation size reaaaally small. Make it all larger and show off your work! Also make the embedded video a lot larger.

The other thing is that at the beginning of your reel, the music really doesn't work; it's jarring. It starts to work better by around the halfway point, so just cut off the beginning and loop the good parts. This isn't a big issue though, as most people probably will mute the music anyway.

I like that you have a targeted portfolio - it's obvious what studio you're trying to get a job at, and your work is catered for that. It's a good strategy.

Demo reel was actually pretty interesting at some points. It definitely needs to be 2x the resolution though.

crazy, first pieces of work I saw I immediately thought you were trying for a WoW look. And I would assume that is the intention after the end of the demo reel. Nice work, The site could be larger in size, but I think it is a very clean and simple layout. You got some nice stuff here. well played sir

Thanks for the feedback guys! I will increase the size of the screenshots and find some more appropriate music.

Also I did upload it in HD, you can click the fullscreen button on the vimeo player...i wonder if i can embed it larger.

love the reel, the choice of music is extremely fitting and evocative.

One thing you NEED to have are some big sexy images in the middle of your page as soon as it loads. The fewer clicks people have to make before they see your goods means the less annoyed they will be when they are scanning through dozens/hundreds of portfolios.

Basically keep it how it is but put up some of your best examples on the main screen with some big attractive thumbnails. The work is great, so let it shine!
