    as others have said, the over all piece is great, but that gun ruins it all for me.. its just, too big.

    the size of the gun does not bother me, its the fact he does not apear to be gripping it, the thumb is not locked in, the lower fingers done ever seem to be touching the handle much at all,

    That's the annoying thing of not having a rig yet. Manually moving his hand into place to grasp the gun was a complete pain in the ass. Before this character is finalized I'm expecting a rigger to rig this so I will be able to pose him exactly right.

    I did reduce the size of the gun and holster by a little bit, approximately 25%. I think they may seem a bit more manageable.

    Alright, I have him all squared away in Marmoset. The thing that was causing issues was a bad normal bake on the gun I had a while back and now everything is working properly :)

    This is all the low-poly mesh with normals applied in Marmoset. Texturing soon to come.
