It's time I start getting organized with my art practice again. There are a few things I'd like to improve on. #1 being better understanding of color and painting, #2 is designing full characters in color and #3 would be drawing figures in pose and scene. Starting on #1:

I can get good skintones when i noodle for hours, but i havent found a good way to go from a black and white sketch to color. If anyone has a good workflow for that i'd love to hear it.

I like the style of the faces! I think you should have a look about proportions but the rest ist cool
