Hey all. I decided to make a dragon in futuristic armor, it is interesting to hear your opinion about the model.
Thanks in advance.
Sorry for bad English.
Hehe, scrolling from the first image to the second made me say "Whoah, what the!" Great work so far. The armor has a great style to it. I don't know if you're planning to make a game mesh for this beast but that is going to be difficult!
Looking very cool mate, only thing thats bugging me right now is that the armor just kind of ends at the knees. maybe you could put some straps and lighter plates or something like a pair of spats, maybe a bit of armor on the wings as well. not really sure though, just looks kinda odd to me at the moment.

you don't find the fact he's got no helmet odd?
cool model, me likes.
Great stuff, you might want to pull his head out a bit with a soft select when he's wearing the armor, kinda lose his neck in all that.
Also, it's a funny thought that this dude will look LESS awesome textured, because the edge flow really is awesome, that wireframe looks sweet. Maybe you could put a bit of the wirefram in the texture? Overlay the UV map a bit in certain spots...

When most of the "grim warriors" in HUGELY heavy plate and / or powered armor don't have helmets and have squishy little heads visible, a dragon with an armored and horned head not wearing a helmer is not a big deal. :P
hhahah that's unreal, the dragon looked awesome but then scroll down into the armour and it just boosts it even more, i agree that the armour cutting off @ the knee seems kinda odd, shin guards / straps or even a few thin pieces of metal strapped together with some leather might look cool.
MoP, Target_Renegade, Bal, Nizza_waaarg, Thank you! I will definitely Zbrush him.
ZackF, Thank you! When I'll finish HiPoly model, Maybe l'll start a game model, of course if i'll have enough power to do that.
