The lips are nice, but the manner in which the philtrum has been sculpted is too obvious.
Less than simply carve a divot in above the centre of the upper lip, perhaps it is better to bear in mind its formation as a "pinching" of the flesh of the lip up into the odd septum of the human nose, its top and bottom widths corresponding respectively to the breadth of the septum and the central triangularish lobe of the upper lip. Hope that makes sense.
The texture is from using the texture feature in the brush settings of the some software i use called paint tool sai. You could do the same thing assigning a texture to your brush in photoshop though.
