Hello, I finally decided to join this community. I've heard of it a long time ago, and often would I see some amazing stuff here, so I thought why not join myself...
Hello there! Finally got around to registering. I'm a TA in the game industry and figured it'd probably be a good idea to have an account to start posting after years of lurking.
Hi, I am a Computer Science major, looking to get into software development once I graduate. In the long term I would really like to work on games. That would be my dream. Right now I haven't developed any skills or knowledge of the industry, but I am hoping that by the time I graduate I will be ready to make my ideas come to life.
I found this forum because of the ingress invites. Otherwise I wouldn't have known about polycount.
I'm Katy, aka Shadowliger, I'm an Undergrad majoring in Game Art and Design (GAD) with a specialization in Level Building. I've been lurking around Polycount for a while but was always too nervous to post my work for critque. Well, that ends today!
Greetings fellow Polycounters! I am now officially registered on the forum and I feel a bit nervous to be perfectly honest. I am an aspiring environment artist interested in improving my skills. I've been cyber stalking many of you guys work for quite some time and I am finally ready to show my work... As soon as I stop hyperventilating
After looking this site since years, I finally opened an account.
I am currently working on a 3d comic book with my gf who's doing the script part.
Professionally, I'm searching for a 3d modeler/texture artist position in Montr
Hello! I'm currently a student in Lasalle Singapore taking my degree, I graduated from The One Academy with a Diploma in 3D animation. I love digital painting; and sculpting both traditionally and digitally.
Hoping to learn more here and make some new friends.
My name is Robert, and I recently finished Junior College and I'm trying to decide if my talent is worth pursuing, and if so, what direction.
So I put together a video of some of my best work from the classes I took and a few personal pieces. Mostly 2D stuff (traditional and digital) and a few projects from a 3D Animation course, just to show some range and potential.
Hello new to polycount, joined after reading about the Mixamo contest, I post a lot on some other art forum but I suppose I should sign up to a few of these forums.
I have been experimenting with game designing for a while, and I've now decided to try my hand at 3d models. When I found these forums, I decided I should sign up to that I can get tips and compare with other 3d artist.

Just a student looking to dive into the sea of criticism from fellow model wizards. Looking forward to browsing and adding into conversations

I've been sending it out to companies in the area, but no one is responding.
Any feedback, critiques, and/or advice would be welcome and greatly appreciated.
Thank you all for you time,
Robert
