I know it's been a while since the last update, i've been quite busy, and the progress was like 'move two tris, next day: move four tris', so i've been waiting to have some big change to show it.
I've almost finshed the sculpt (some minor touch'up there and here), and i'm done with the low poly.
That was an hard one, i didn't thought the 10 000 tris limit was so close (9999 tris on the model) :>
Now i have to hurry, A LOT. but i'm pretty confident.
looking good man, very cool character all around. I really like the anchor shaped weapon and how it totally belongs with the character. One suggestion, I don't know how its modeled but if you can maybe try flipping one of the shoulder pads back to front. This way different details are visible on each one in the front view and it seems less mirrored. Keep it up, should be looking sweet once you get all the normals baked.
