i want the old internet back
back in the day you where an outsider if you had internet, and the internet was fun, and free, and now, youre an outsider if you dont have internet and its nothing more than a borg cube sized media platform...
stephem gammell? jesus christ, i somehow remember seeing his drawings in my elementary school library, wtf were they thinking, showing those to kids?
Ahhh yes Scary Stories to tell in the Dark, Probably the scariest set of books I would read in my Tweenage years.
I would literally Chase my Sisters around the house with my thumb on the page with this Illustration:
Omg smoke + cap = heaven. That was one plus about living in Reno. Casinos. Smoke indoors all ya want!
I quit smoking a while ago though. July 4th this year will make it 4yrs. HUZZAH!
Although the hunger for them is long gone, there's not a day that goes by that I don't want to have one. I love the smell when walking through the smoking area, or when someone that just smoked walks by. LOL yes that's sad. It's not the ashy smell, it's that sweet sweet tacky nicotine goodness.
For me, the hardest times not smoking are when I'm drinking coffee or alcohol, either of which occurs often, heh. But I manage. Twiddling meh fingers and fidgeting with shit, mainly. Hah!

I'm not smoking if its second hand smoke right!? ha!
I love it when someone comes back from a smoke break. Fresh smoke, not the stale smell of "I've been marinating in it for years". That smell quickly takes over about the time they sit down. I think that's the smell everyone hates and smokers are dead to.
