But hey! So Ive made a highpoly gun/rifle that I wanna make a normal map from. Never done this before, so I was wondering; how? Do I UV map the highpoly first or do I even have to UV map the highpoly one at all? I really have no idea.

The only thing I know is how I make the normal map. But not what I have to do before I make it. Still such a noob ^^
And if you got any suggestions on the gun just bring it on.
