PS CS3 killed my eyes!

Does anyone know of a way to change the CS3 interface colors... they're awfully bright and unlike in CS2, they dont just use your windows colors.

I've trying googling but the only thing i found was a dev saying something about it not being possible in CS3... but there has to be some hack or something i'm missing, the brightness is really rather painful

appears to be hardcoded (mudbox 2 trial had this nasty stuff as well). they want us to adapt or ... else.
