Hi guys, i thought I could post my progress on my car here a bit as there is never a lot of this type of stuff around on PC.
This is a fictional car I'm working on, which i designed myself taking (for the car nut, obvious) styling cues from other cars like Holden, BMW and Nissan.
It's supposed to be a really show-off thing which is reflected by the specs: 16.000 polygons and 5 texturesheets ranging from 512 to 2048.
We're going to put it in our own LeadWerks engined game and I'm thinking about Crysis (to really try and convince CryTek to let me do my Internship with them). I just hope the Cryshader supports nice reflections...

The engine and underside texture is still unstarted, interior and details nearly finished, wheels should also be pretty much done. I'm also going to a diffuse and specular/reflection mask for the carpaint body.

Oh and all screenshots are inside Max viewport with shaders I made myself, partly with ShaderFX. Even my Geforce GTX280 is starting to slow down because of them :p
