I agree with the screws, but I add more things than that, and I find Zbrush is doing the job for that nicely.

IMHO I really think you could take a huge chunk out of that high poly count. I see lots of wasted geometry. For example, the edge coming uo the whole left side from the pipe. No need for that. Many other areas like that.
