There's not too much to crit on, seems like a solid execution of the tutorial., it would be cool to take what you've learned and add to this...Maybe a little damaged parking structure, or something along those lines. Very cool man.
On second glance I would probably darken up the nooks and crannies to flush out the depth a tad and maybe make the paint a little thicker (feels less like paint and more like a stain).
alright ill make the changes you said Rated, btw, i dont actually have this tutorial DVD, i just saw the image and made it myself, havent viewed the tutorial.
The cement sculpting appears soft like mud or clay, lacking in sharp broken cement edges. Otherwise you've mostly nailed the tutor. Unfortunately, now you've executed both tutorials fairly well, and have set yourself up to make a really good, unique, follow-up to show the new skills you've learned. Good luck with that.

thanks but 'executed both tutorials' ? I dont actually have the old damaged pillar tutorial as ive said, nor have i viewed it.
