Wow, that's looking awesome. One thing I notice right off the bat is he's too tall. You have him in at 8 heads tall, when the original Snake was 7 1/2. Also, for his height, the arms are a bit too short. The hands should rest at mid-thigh.
Other than that, texturing is really well done and you have pretty good use of edge loops.
The camera angle doesn't help, and his size matches the counter strike source biped =/. I actually superposed my model with a ripped Snake model from MGS2 and it's slightly broader, but not taller. I'll post some posed renders tonight, it looks way better.
