Trying to get these guys looking as close a possible.

Already showed the one in WAYWO thread, but I am gonna start a new one for this other sculpt.

:poly115: You don't know Stallone and Sam Jackson?! You need to go watch some movies and learn yourself some!

Anyways, the likeness is quite good. I instantly recognized both.

I would say that both feel a bit too soft. Feels like you might've moved up to higher sub-division levels before getting your shapes down properly in lower ones.

    Anyways, good stuff.

it looked like a cross between Stallone, JFK and Trump all rolled into one.

Sam Jackson was obvious to me.

I recognized Sly instantly but I had no clue the other one was Sam J. If that is who it's supposed to be, I realize that this one is pretty far along but, I would look at some more reference for him, i would say your cheek bones are to defined, the lips should be a little larger, and the gap between his lips and nose should be a little bit more. but the sculpt it self is impressive.

Thanks for the feedback, I agree I needed to get more reference. Thanks for recognising them both.

I tried to slam through these both fairly quickly so my next one I am going to take a while on. Just trying to get the hang of the tools.

Typically I am a vehicle and environment artist so this was a nice departure, but something I think I am going to do much more of for fun.

Here's one of the pictures I used for SLJ
