It's lovely - but the skin looks a little plasticy and there is very little micro detail in the normal and specular maps
You can improve that by overlaying your diffuse textures and some cloth and skin textures onto your normal maps and running the nVidia filter (or use Crazybump).
For the specular map you could try introducing a little noise to break up the surface uniformity.
You can probably reduce a few polygons from the telescope and put them into the fingers if ou plan to rig him, otherwise fingers will collapse when they bend.
