I will post some of my old works here, they are about 2 years old, my skills are emproved, so i thought, it would be good to "update" my old work, so i could put them to my portfolio.
This forum was always a great inspiration for me, i would love to see some crits about my work from you guys.

Cloth modelling looks good, but the texturing could use some work. It's very uniform, add some variation be it with color, dirt or specularity.
Overall it's pretty good, I think a specular map would add a lot to it though.
Good luck buddy.
sorry for the large images.
Thease are from shipped RTS title "Maelstrom" by KDV Games/Codemasters, i loved to work with them, great people!
The things from the earlier posts were boring texture-wise.
-you havent textured the American soldier or german soldier 1 yet but dont make them anything like the German soldier 2, meaning dirty him up, even if those are new fresh army clothes, i personally like how a soldier looks after a long hard battle.
The textures..yeah kinda boring but they do serve their purpose. My take is that the figures in the beginning were being developed for a realistic shooter type of game.
The work you did on Maelstrom is much more interesting. Really clean work. Maybe place in some spec maps?
I agree, about the texures, and yes, spec maps would add more to it. I'll fix all that soon.
