Looks nice. I think the texture on the weights should put less emphasis on the edges of the model, never seen a weight with flat sides. Also I think you should rotate one 45 on each side a bit more, epecially on the right side, kinda obvious that you duplicated the model.
The only thing is those hexagonal weights or w/e they are, are covered in rubber. I really dont know if there are metal weights with hard edges. Either way, I think the model looks great and I dont think the faceted look takes away from anything.
As others have said, it really does fit the style of TF2. However my one gripe is that the bar probably wouldn't bend with only (what I assume is around) 300lbs. Now if you doubled it sure
Great job, matches the TF2 style very well. Although I do agree that the bar wouldn't bend that much with only 300lbs on it, but the style of TF2 is exaggerated in a sense so the exaggerated bend of the bar makes it fit the TF2 style.

did you make a shadow model as well? looks more like something generated by the compiler
I've got about 200 hours in TF2 right now so theres no doubt I'll see it when servers start running it
i like the faceted weight design, looks better than trying to force it to look round when it will have the low poly shape
