CTRL-right click not working in maya

Anyone know why I can't get the CTRL-right click menu to pop up in maya? the right click menu pops up fine... and shift-right click works too... just not CTRL. Any thoughts? I've tried different driver versions but haven't found one that doesn't have this problem so far. I'm using a 7600GS
