Aesir - It's a flash game I'm working on with a couple people. It's cliche and very simple, idea is to ESCAPE THE VOLCANO BEFORE IT ERUPTS! If we can manage to make this game work we'll hopefully move on to something cooler.
roosterMAP: Thanks for reminding me about those vehicles
I've done three vehicles and slowly figuring out the construction. Got 2 more vehicles to try and grasp in the scott robertson DVD before I start experimenting.
First time I've seen this thread and went from start to finish, the amount of progress you have made is astounding from some loose drawings right at the start to the nice crisp conception you are doing now is really good.
RoosterMAP/Jaysmitt - Yeah Feng Zhu has a good tutorial on environments in perspective. For these cars I'm going through Scott Robertsons DVD.
makecg-Thanks!
Cryael-Agreed, a concept artist told me I should practice that. Really helps simplify values. Before I would dive right into shading with gradients. Wouldn't recommend it!
I decided to try and make up some cars from my imagination so that you all would understand how ignorant I am with Car anatomy. Meh, I'll worry about design later, still trying to get comfortable with perspective.
Dude get some value markers and shade them perspective drawings! I remember Feng using very light values and started to build it up from there. Also do you use your imagination or reference for these value paintings?

Here some pretty boring looking stuff but a really good exercise. Photo studies using only 5 values.
And my pumpkin this year!
Here's some more Halloween art.
Edit: Inspired by Josh Singh's Pumpkin sculpt.
Concepts for a game I'm working on....very slowly.
And more perspective studies, any day now I'll hopefully be making some vehicles out of these:

And a couple scenes I tried making up:
That is all.
Also put the tower concepts in here to archive even though I made a thread in P&P for it .
We're using pens, markers and a white pen. I love it!
Yeah Ged I drive over an hour to get to the class and it's on a Saturday , but it's worth it.
Scorpions and a love machine.

So I'm gonna try and work this design to be more solid and then hopefully color it in Photoshop. If you guys have any critiques I'd love to hear them!
