Getting going on this.
For the two towards the bottom with a little more detail in them, the bottom one I was thinking of playing around with the proportions a bit: smaller chest/arms, bigger hands/feet. The top one I was thinking that it would take the weapons/armer of fallen ememies and attatch them to itself, to go around the other boards and pick bits and pieces of other entries and hack them together, don't know how well that's go over.

Here, I did a paintover to give you another idea:
small guy has long sharp claws for slashing, big guy has some large bludgeon weapon for smashing. You could play with that a bit?
Did this one today. Not sure about the head.
Not sure if I like the tongue in there or not.
I've never done the whole normal mapping thing before, if the armor is a separate object (not connected to the body) would I have to do the whole process separately, or when generating the normal map is it smart enough to map the normals for the body onto the body and the normals for the armor on the armor even though they're on top of each other?
