Half life 2 Model Decompiling/ Studio Compiler

Hi all,
Just wandering if anyone had any problems running cannon fodders decompiler / studio compiler lately. Both apps load and I can load a model but if I try to extract / decompile the program states "unable to load model". This happens in both online steam and offline which is wierd.
Not had this particular error, its bizzare because I can compile fine.
Edit I fixed it
SDK launch options -engine ep1
studio compiler flags all turned off
open source models.gcf
and extract model
jobs a good'n
