So many games.....which one?

So COD4, Mass Effect, Uncharted, Rock Band, Assassin's Creed, and I'm sure a few more are out last week and this week. What is everyone going with?

Myself I'm grabbing Assassin's Creed and Mass Effect.

Seeing as Mass Effect is 20 bucks cheaper than Assassins here, and has an assload more gameplay, I'll hire assassins and possibly buy Mass Effect.

My 360 has redringofdeath'd at the worst possible time, I know that much. And its not often you'll hear me bemoan not being able to play the very latest games, normally I'm happy enough to wait. But there's a limit

Personally I most want to play stranglehold ... cos its on my shelf, brand new, and has only had 1 second worth of gameplay - cos it was that fucker that sent the gpu floppy in the first place

I have no desire to play MassEffect, but I bought CoD4 and Assassins Creed - both awesome games. Crysis is also very good.

ill pass on: uncharted(no ps3),rockband/guitarhero(too high addiction risk) and mass effect (hate rpgs)

I have no interest in Mass Effect. Crysis and UT3 didn't feel like anything new to me, but I'll probably pick them up when I build a new PC. By that time they'll be cheaper. I'm still playing TF2 any chance I get.

So my choices for the holidays are Mario Galaxy, Geometry Wars: Galaxies, Contra 4, Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles, and Dementium: The Ward. I'll probably pick up GH3, and so avoid buying Rock Band. Two Wii guitars are more than enough cheap plastic toys crowding my living room on Xmas...until I have kids.

If you have a Wii, definitely get Galaxy. If you have a 360, get Mass Effect at least, and Assassin's Creed and COD4 if you have the extra cash. I wouldn't recommend Rock Band unless you are getting the full bundle with the drums and all, because it is an MTV version of Guitar Hero and it is quite dull with just the guitars.
