1) I loves me the Chimay Blue.
2) Whatever I brew at Gallaghers.
3) Guiness is always welcome.
I can sometimes get a few bottles of some pretty good Czech beer at a specialty store. I couldn't pronounce the name if I tried, I only recognize the label. They've changed over the last few years and because they're hard to come by I can't get them whenever I want =/
in addition to many that's already been mentioned.
Fin du Monde
Piraat
Victory Golden Monkey
There's no top three for me. I try to pick something I haven't had before that isn't brewed by Coors or Anheuser Busch. Guinness is a good default beer when there's nothing else that's appetizing.
1. Stone - Arrogant Bastard
2. Rogue - Brutal Bitter
3. Pacific Rim - Rat City IPA
Maritime Pacific's seasonal Jolly Roger should be showing up pretty soon, in which case that's about all I'll be drinking until January. And at 9% alcohol, all that I'll be able to say will be "Arrrgggghhhh!!!".

Yes! Adam, If you ever go to the King's Head Pub in Kits they have Keith's Red Label on tap and it's well priced. I think it's 1 of few places I've been that has it here...but...myabe I don't frequent enough different places :P
Budweiser or Bud Light. That's pretty much it. There are few others I like. I recently got a case of Budweiser Select but doesn't really taste any different than regular Bud.
Hen's Tooth from morland ... big in Tesco, it's beautiful
i can get Erdinger in most of the pubs at home now, so drinking a lot of that (the white one, i don't see the point in the dark one). Ace
Centurion's Ghost from york brewery, you can't beat it in the winter. Dark, chewy, tastes a bit like guinness with smoky bacon flavoured crisps dissolved in it.
Unfortunately I have found Texas to be lacking as far as the accessibility of good beer goes. Although I have started to see some good PNW Microbrews pop up at a few grocery stores and even found one of my faves on tap last night (see #1 below) so things are looking up. These days I am mostly drinking:
1) Broken Halo IPA (I use to live within a few miles of the brewery in Portland )
2) Stone IPA
3) Dos Equis Lager (use to prefer the amber but the lager is more readily available here so I have acquired a taste for it)
But, to be completely honest I probably find myself holding a bottle of Miller Lite more often than not
